Detective Joshua Boyd arrested in domestic dispute

Cops are typically twice as likely to be involved in domestic assaults.

In the below case, the detective also assaulted his underage child.

“The victim…explained she was pushed by her husband…causing her to fall to the floor and injure her right wrist. It was also learned her 14-year-old son was assaulted by Boyd while trying to protect his mother,” the release said.

And to make matters worse, the detective gets to be placed on paid leave, courtesy of us tax payers.

Not surprised! Cops in the City of Maricopa are not properly trained and cannot get jobs elsewhere.
